Mangrove Snorkeling

The coast surrounding STRI is bursting with mangrove trees whose dense, shaded roots provide habitat for many juvenile fishes as well as huge arrays of sponges.

Also during this snorkel I saw a Seahorse for the first time! I'm pretty sure it is a Longsnout Seahorse (Hippocampus reidi) but it very well may also be a Dwarf Seahorse (Hippocampus zosterae) as it was quite small and has no real distinct markings.
